Orders and Payment
How do I place an order?
On the product page, select the style and size you like, click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now," and proceed to the checkout page. Fill in your shipping information, select your shipping and payment method, and confirm everything before submitting.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel or modify it on the "My Orders" page, or contact Customer Service immediately.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be directly canceled or modified; you will need to submit a return request.
Can I purchase multiple items and request a combined shipment?
We typically ship them separately. If you would like to combine shipments, please contact Customer Service when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping and Logistics
How long does it take for my order to ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. (During peak season or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.)
What is the shipping time?
For standard shipping, the estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after shipment. Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–5 business days.

Is standard shipping free?
Yes, all orders receive free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
How do I track my package?
We'll send a confirmation email with a tracking number upon shipment.
You can use this tracking number to check the shipping status in real time on the carrier's website or in "My Orders."
If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact Customer Service for assistance.
What if the packaging of the package I received is damaged?
We recommend inspecting the package upon receipt. If you notice any obvious damage or missing items, please refuse the package and take photos for evidence.
If you discover any problems after receipt, please contact Customer Service within 48 hours and provide photos. We will assist you in processing a claim or return.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Are returns accepted?
Yes, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt for any reason.
Please ensure the product is in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, and retain the original packaging and tags to avoid any potential resale issues.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Please send your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product to inquiry@kuraiip.com. Our customer service team will respond quickly and provide guidance on the return and exchange process.
Who pays for return shipping?
For quality issues or incorrect product delivery: We cover the return shipping.
For personal reasons (such as a size error or dislike): You cover the return shipping.
For exchanges, we cover the reshipping costs.
How long does it take for a refund to arrive?
Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be eligible, the refund will be issued within 7–10 business days. The exact timeframe may vary depending on the bank and payment platform.
How long does it take for an exchange to arrive?
Once the exchange request is approved and the returned item is received, we typically ship the replacement item within 3–5 business days (if stock is available). If you prefer to receive your item faster, you can also place a new order directly. If the item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to discuss a refund or offer an alternative.
Under what circumstances will a return be rejected?
If the returned item shows signs of use, washing, damage, missing accessories or tags, or other issues that would make it unsalable, we may refuse a refund and return the item (shipping costs will be borne by you). Our customer service team will confirm with you before processing the refund.
Sizing and Fitting Tips
How to choose the right size?

We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips with a tape measure and comparing them to the size chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Can I exchange my size if it doesn't fit?
Of course. You can request an exchange for a different size of the same item within the 30-day return period. If you would like to exchange for a different size, please return the item and place a new order.
International Orders and Customs Duties
Does the price include customs duties?
Unless explicitly stated as "taxes included" on the product page or checkout page, import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend that you understand the relevant import policies of your country/region before placing an order.
What if my package is detained by customs?
If customs inspections cause delays or incur additional costs, we will do our best to assist, but the final outcome and fees will be determined by local customs.
