Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During promotional events or high-volume order periods, processing time may extend to 3–5 business days. We will email you updates on progress.
Orders placed on weekends and statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard Shipping
All orders receive free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase.
Standard shipping typically uses economy carrier routes, is tracked online, and arrives within 7–14 business days.
For remote addresses or additional shipping fees, this will be noted during checkout or communicated separately by our customer service team.
Expedited Shipping
If you require expedited delivery, please contact customer service as soon as possible after placing your order to request expedited delivery.
Expedited delivery is expected within 3–5 business days.
If you require expedited delivery before payment, please contact customer service at the time of order placement to avoid delays or additional charges due to changes after shipment.
Address Changes and Order Modifications
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel/modify your order, please try to do so as soon as possible on the order page or contact Customer Service.
If your order has already been shipped, address changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees. We will do our best to communicate with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee that the delivery address change will be successful.
International Orders, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country's government. These charges are generally your responsibility.
We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges for return shipments due to the recipient's local policy. We recommend that you understand your country's import policies before placing an order.
Tracking, Receipt, and Inspection
We will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number after shipment. Please use this tracking number to check the shipping status on the carrier's website or our website.
If the package arrives in good condition, please inspect it as soon as possible after signing for it. If you notice any obvious damage or missing items, please refuse the package in person and take photos for verification, or contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo verification. We will assist you promptly.
Lost, Delayed, and Damaged Products
If the delivery shows as signed for but you haven't received your item, please confirm the delivery details with the carrier and check with your neighbors/front desk. If you still can't find your item, please contact customer service within 48 hours. We will assist with the investigation and initiate a claim process as appropriate.
For product damage or shortages caused by shipping, please take a photo and submit it to customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
