Return/Exchange Eligibility
Quality Issues
Products are visibly damaged, severely flawed, or shipped incorrectly (color, size, or quantity discrepancies).
Damaged packaging or severe damage during shipping (photo evidence taken within 48 hours of receipt is required).
Non-Quality Issues
If you are dissatisfied with the size, style, or personal preferences, you may request a return or exchange upon receipt.
Products must be in new, unused condition, with tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
Return/Exchange Period
Return request period: Submit a return request within 30 days of receipt (including the date of receipt).
Exchange request period: Submit an exchange request within 30 days of receipt.
Exceeding this period will not be accepted unless due to product quality issues.
Return/Exchange Conditions
Products must be in new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition.
Tags, packaging, accessories, and gifts must be intact. Failure to do so will affect resale and will result in the product being unavailable for processing. Please include your order number and return receipt when returning your item for expedited processing.
Return and Exchange Process
Submit a Request
Please submit your return request to inquiry@kuraiip.com and provide your order number, reason for return, and photos.
Review and Confirmation
We will review and respond to your return and exchange request within 1–2 business days, confirming the return address and procedures.
Returning the Product
Package the product securely and return it to the return warehouse address provided.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking number.
Receipt and Refund/Exchange
Returned items will be inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt.
For eligible returns: Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after the original shipping method.
For Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped within 3–5 business days after inspection and stock confirmation.
Shipping Information
Return and exchange shipping costs for quality issues or incorrect shipments are borne by us. For personal reasons (size mismatch, personal preference): Return shipping costs are your responsibility. For exchanges, if stock is available, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item.
Special Notes
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not match the original order or shows signs of damage, wear, or laundering.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient refuses delivery, you will be responsible for any resulting costs.
Exchanges are limited to different sizes/colors of the same item. To exchange for a different item, please return the item and place a new order.
